As I always recommend, do a reboot of your device, modem and router first. Often that is enough to get things going. If not, there could be an issue, since you can't access your account to do any further testing.

This happened to me before and found out I was being geo blocked by my ISP. Only way to get it to work I had to use a VPN connection. Ipvanish seemed to do the trick.

if you are getting any channels at all then that tells us that no one else is using your donation.
I might be able to find your info needed to perform a reset at the website , depending on how the reseller set things up.
I would need your email and any donation numbers he gave you. Send to me privately.

BTW, the iptv here is only showing the Music channels, I have not done or tried anything yet to try and fix this but there are issues with channels, it seems
