Difficulty checking/changing MAC on epg site

I had to do a clean install of Kodi on my computer and, unfortunately, lost my info. I have my donation number and my last known MAC written down. When I tried to sign in to the IKS site, I get the email address/donation combo not recognized (I bought through a reseller). I remember being able to sign in with my donation as the name and password. I've had it since December.

Any suggestions?
