Mag 254 Mode not supported

Usually when I enter the blue screen and put Auto for TV System and same as TV for Graphic Res the box usually works with any TV.

I was having issues so I loaded the imageupdate and bootloader files via the Upgrade Tools.

I even when into Setup and upgraded to latest software via the url provided.

Stalker Middleware was coming up and I am able to get into the 300s, but when I try any other channel, I get this error, "mode not supported"

does anyone have an idea on the cause? and a fix for this?

I have had this problem and it turned out to be the graphic resolution settings. You can find it in the settings for video.

For me i was stuck at the reboot screen from loading to black screen. Wasted hours then ive tried a different hdmi cable that fixed the graphic resolution problem

yea try a rca cable the switch to what you have
