OK folks, I renewed my 2 MAG 254 boxes, got the order, and donation numbers.

Entered Username and passwords and and got error.
Got MAC address and reset IPTV, and then put in MAC address only to get Mac Address Could not be Updated

Nothing is going through and cannot get machine to connect

Any help is appreciated!

From the donation, the ports are 35955 (Dish) 65000 (Claro TV 50W) 55000 (Dish Mexico) 60000 (Sky Mexico)

asft My port is 22.iptvrocket.tv Is there a problem with this port or my info wrong? Have never got any of the Dish channels to come in. I have had two Rockets and neither one work. ????

go to setting and do a software update than try Entered Username and passwords

Mine is http://11.iptvrocket.tv, which is what is in the guide, should it be something different

OK, so tried the donation for username and password and got error
Tried resetting MAC address, and putting in MAC address from machine and got error
Have correct Portal

So, what else? I got nothing here on both MAG 254 boxes!

Now I have successfully updated the MAC addresses for both machines and now go back and enter donation for username and password on two different machines and two different donation numbers, and getting error.

I am at a loss here

Latest update, after 8 tries on one machine, and 10 tries on another, they finally took. Looks like once the MAC Address is updated, it takes about 30-60 minutes for the updates to come to the machines.
