Trying to Reset IPTV (Mag 254) - Can't Connect to Papiao.TV

Is the site currently down or am I using the wrong link?

I'm putting my (Order #) in the top box and my (Donation #) on the bottom box and selecting the "I'm not a Robot" option and completing the image verification - but when I hit "Search Donation" the connection times out.

Tried it in Firefox and Internet Explorer to no avail. Please advice.

Your donation number is not on the bottom of the box. It is the 12 digit number sent to you along with your order number.

Yes. It's the 12-digit user name/password sent in the email...aka the donation number.

However I can't even get the Papiao site to even come up/load.

Is it down for maintenance?

Can someone please tell me if there is a problem with the Papiao site because for the second straight day I am unable to log in with my credentials.

If it's something related to my donation, can a mod or someone affiliated with Rocket please assist me in resolving this issue.

Finally got it to work from my iPad but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue with freezing on several channels - especially one of my favorite channel, BBC AMERICA 135. It's been over a week that it's been freezing and unwatchable.

it's been down for me for last three days. I am having mag254. can some one confirm if they able to see channels including PPV from last three days.

do we know , what are the other options other than rocket for mag254 in case of fail over scenario.
