Standby LED - how to turn it off

Hey guys
Just wondering if it is possible to turn off the standby LED on the MAG 254
When the power is press on the remote would like the LED tto turn off.

From the interface menu I have set stanby LED to 0, how wwhen I push the power on the remote it's is still on.
