I'm getting Please contact your provider and their website is down.
Can anyone advise?

Actually it came up but moving extremely slow . Unable to do anything really, I now saw other posts on August 1st that had this problem.

sites have been a bit slow last few days, takes some minutes to get logged in.
Once logged in thou, they seem okay.
