Unable to update mac address

Renewed my service yesterday, re-entered my username and password but kept getting an error message on my box. Checked the donation site to update my mac address and found it had been reset to 00s, have tried entering my mac address but donation site either time's out or gives me the following error "Mac Address Could not be Updated". Login again to see if change went through but mac address remains set at 00's.
Any help is appreciated!
