Recheck your donation and see if the renew went through or new information is needed.

Did you reset your macs to all zeros and then reset your macs? If not you might give that a try. Then reboot your router and boxes.

I had similar issue. Where user name was i had my email and password was my donation number
After doing this
User name= Donation Number
Password= Donarion number
All is well and connects just fine.
Try changing your Email in user name section for your donation number, then reconnect, if it still doesnt connect, reboot with new settings, then try connecting again after reboot.
The donation number or route number has always been the username and password. Entering an e-mail for the username has never been suggested as a method for configuration.

I am entering my donation number for both username and password, that is not the issue. The issue is that I renewed, the donation number is active, and checked the donation number on https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket/. All is good there, MAC address is set to zeros. and reset MAC address for both donations, and still getting the RED ERROR when I click OK.
No idea what is going on!
Reset mac address?? You MUST reenter the mac. In a PM send me your information(all of it) and I'll have a look.

Yes your right, but after security issues at Papio, it was the only way it worked for me with yellow bar and blue confirmation light, was as follows,
User name= Email
Password= Donation #
Go figure ?
Now what works for me is
User Name=Donation #
Password= Donation #
