Is that where you type pool.ntp.org and it save...then you to settings -server and you put in the url 1 the portal you are assigned too plus iptvprivateserver.tvand save again....after it should ask you on the reboot for user and password and that would be your donation number for both...hope this is what answer you were looking for if not could a mod delete ..thanks..

No it wont ever start up. Stuck with blue loading screen.
To get back to booting correctly unplug and plug back in the box, then menu into bios again.
Once there go to "Boot Mode" and right arrow to change it to "NAND" or NAND2"

Sorry just saw you were still stuck. I would say try the same as greg wrote, and it should then boot into the iner portal. When it hopefully does that, then start doing a manuel update.

well, there are members here such as Changedmy and Greg who may know more about troubleshooting the Mag then some of us staff :)
They know what they are talking bout :)
if you are stuck on blue loading page then you are not booting from NAND" or NAND2

Mine did the same thing about a week after I bought it. I downloaded the firmware from Infomir, put it on a thumb drive and reflashed it. It has worked fine ever since. That was about 4 months ago.

Are u using the HDMI port or RCA?Try using the rca plugs and unplug mag.Hold menu button while plugging mag back in,it should show the bios.Change video settings to auto, scroll down to save and exit.restart mag and it should load.Once it loads and u get picture change back to HDMI.Heres the newest firmware and instructions.

go to the sister site and download it from there...http://ftazeta.com/mag-254-firmware/66536-mag-254-firmware-download-other-versions-instructions.html
you will need to register first before u can download the firmware file.

i unpluged it and connected to my other tv and boom everything came up fine. what a nightmare it was!

I went back to first tv and used a different hdmi cable and it worked. So the issue was related to freaking hdmi cable??? Because that same cable works fine with other receivers....
