Extreme buffering for me on selected channels

About 10 days ago, everything was working fine. Then ... I started to get immediate and excessive buffering on many
of my regular channels. Buffering on AMC, CNN, ESPN, Film4, Chiller, Headline News, SKY Atlantic, ESPN, National Geographic, Spike TV, and FXX.
All other channels play fine, only a small number have this buffering problem.
Using Openelec 6.0.3/KODI 15.2/Stalker Client 0.8.4
I have no problem loading the channels, they load fine.

This problem happened on its own...I made no setting changes till it happened. These are some of the things I have tried:

1. Changed my Postal from Portal 3 to Portal 4
2. Performed an IPTV reset
3. Reloaded Openelec/KODI
4. Deleted the TV29.db file and it has reloaded
5. Tried switching to the Google DNS servers
6. Removed PVR Stalker client and installed the Stalker Plus addon. Had the same buffering on the same channels in PLUS

Nothing has worked

Need some community help with this one..

What kind of device are you running openelec on?

and check you box to see if memory is full too

Memory not full...Storage is at 26%..memory used at 20% .. have cleared cache also
Box is called XTREMER ULTRA 2 an HTPC with Intel Atom CPU with Nvida GT520M GPU
