Won't connect to server

I have avov tv plus (the black box with red stripe at the bottom). It worked great when my coworker hooked it up but after purchasing a month subscription and receiving my username and password, I cannot connect to any servers. It just keeps asking me to input credentials for server 1. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong? Please help!

thats the password and user name which both are same

I input the password and username but when I hit connect button it just reopens the box that asks for my credentials again. (Username and password)

No, the MAC address that shows up on the avov home screen is different from the one in my email
