Help with server connection.

Hello. I am new to iptv and was referred by a friend. I recently purchased a month subscription and receive a passcode for my username and password, but after entering multiple times, I cannot connect to my server. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Please and thank you

The answer depends on what box you're using to connect to the service and which service you are using (Rocket, NFPS or IKS66). Look over the home page and post in the appropriate forum: Kodi, MAG, Avov, etc.
