Need information to renew service or order again ?

Hello friends....i have a subscription for 1 year and will expire september 7 ...2016... now i bought this subscription from a reseller now i was looking on iks66 website to renew my subscription and they ask me for my email so maybe because i bought it from reseller maybe my email its not foing to be on iks66 system...what i should do in order to renew my subscription?? I should renew and put my email ( i have my route # ) or i have to wait until my subscription finished and order again ??? What about if i order again as a new member what about my mac address maybe it will show up it used before or i don't know....so can renew it again with no problem or i have to wait until my subscription expired finished and order again....PLEASE. SOME HELP ANY MODERATOR.....THANK YOUUUU....IKS66.COM

You will need a new donation and yes a unlink of the mac will be needed. If you can get the order number from the reseller then we can help.

my guess would be if you link a new mac, then your old mac address should unlinked. Just link a random mac address.

Are you sure...well sounds logical....i yes wants to make sure i dont want to miss up my box....and i have the order# from the reseller..i yes now check my mac and route# and i have 35 more days with my subscription

To unlink, create and save the MAC address as 00:00:00:00:00:00

Ok so i have to create a mac address so i have to go to the option... link a mac address then i put my order # and route # and then click on change mac address and put ...00:00:00:00:00:00 create that mac address.....im correct or not....i will like to know ilan

Question?? Is IPTV66.com the same as IKS66.com. Don't mean channel list, is it the same service provider? Want to renew my subscription, which was through IPTV66.com but noticed the other sight (IKS66.com) listed on your forum. But they look one in the same. Thanks

If you want to do a renew with the same mac address do you just enter the current route with the current mac or leave the mac blank?
Will that just add more days after paying?

I just entered my original 13 number password that was issued, my Mac, and that's it. Got an email confirmation with order and what package I purchased. Then went to web sight and did a "route checker" and additional days where added immediately.
