Buffering using Portal 3

I am getting immediate buffering using Portal 1 on 3iptvprivateserver on channels CNN, AMC, ESPN, National Geographic, Chiller, Spike, FXX, and Headline News, for the last 5 days or so.
Moderator Crazed 2.0 looked at these channels and sees no buffering for him.
