Need help

I was updating and did the factory reset after for some reason. I entered my URL it connects fine the very first time after the factory reset. Once I turn it off and get away from watching TV it will not connect again. if i reset and enter URL it will work as soon it is turned off it does not connect to server. I was wondering if something could be done or MY AVOV is done.

do you hit save when you load in the password and user name

yes I did this but it was not working.
Then tried doing the factory reset again.
I unplugged and plugged it back in.
then I updated it and unplugged and plugged it back.
Than I entered the info unplugged and plugged it.
This time the info worked fine. Now I was able to turn it off and on it work fine.
