Hi, I need some help pls: I was browsing the channels in the 1600 range, and at one specific channel (I think it was 1665), my avov tvonline4 box froze. I turned the avov box off and on, but I can't switch to a different channel. I was using tvonline 1.96 at the time. My avov tvonline 4 box is new and my subscription to iptv66 has 30 days remaining.
What I tried:
-reset the box to the factory settings
-installed kodi and tried with stalkertv which is actually launching tvonline
-clear data/cache in kodi
-in server settings I tried to use Server 2 but the problem is still present
In tvonline, on the Server settings, everything is OK, I can connect to the server and I see a list of channels (not all, just a few). I click on a channel and I am returned to the main screen where I choose Live TV. Here, I see the list of channels for a fraction of a second and I am returned again to the Server settings screen.
In that fraction of a second I can see that I am on channel # 1665 and I can't switch to a different channel because I am returned to the Server settings screen.
I don't know what else to do.
