box isn't recognizing my email or password

My box has the authentication screen coming up. I have tried to enter my donation number into both spots for my login and password which gives me an error. I went to Iptvrocket.org and used my email and donation number, also tried using my order number and donation number, and it will not let me log in.

but anyway, did you get this rocket from a reseller or direct from the rocket website ?

If from a reseller then there may be a Client ID that is needed in place of the email.
