UHF VHF to server

Hello, wondering if anyone know how I can have my local channels that I have via OTA antenna to a server so others with MAG's and Android can watch anywhere in the world?

That is a little to much as each city in the country no world would want that.

Yes you are right but the purpose of this question is to learn how is it done not really going to do this to offer local channels.

That would be great if it can be done. Most Sub channels are the same company for example MeTV, Antenna TV, CoziTV and Bounce to name a few are broadcast all over America. I would love to see it.
