Hi trying to renew sub for the first time but forgot password I used initially. Have emailed them a few times but no answer. Anyone ever had the same problem?

The Login ID and password are both the route number.

I'm not sure where it asks for password. The initial renewal screen asks for email, route number and MAC address. But if it asks for password somewhere else, it is almost certainly referring to the route number.
