stalker client unable to load channels

Hi guys,
Im trying to setup my Stalker client and keep getting "stalker client unable to load channels". I have taken Lara's advice and put my server address "22.iptvrocket.tv" into a browser but I just get a blank white page. In the address window once loaded changes to http://portal1.iptvrocket.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

i had same problem use this read and then watch video . its in the tutorial
