an issue

This past Sat (7/16/16) I went to upgrade my 2 macs for 6 months ($80) I used Payease and I got a message that it was not successful. I then used trustpay ( order number: 6821160715182905) and it worked great and my macs got the extra 6 months. I sent payease an email right away and have heard nothing back from them. Today the charge went through bat my bank. I am still waiting to hear from them for a refund. Has anyone else had an issue with payease?

Today I got my refund from payease

but both of routes and macs are not working, I get that they exipred a longtime ago. Before I updated I had 21 days left before they expired. As you can see i have good order number thru trust pay

how can I fix this?

HELLO,

I went ahead and got to 2 new routes *(see order 6821160722021941) looks like I may have got a refund from trustpay instead of payease. payease still owes me my 6 month fee. the payease fee never went through to iks66. I will have to contact payease again and ask for a refund.

what a mess, wife and kids not happy, neither routes will connect, all i did was go in and replace my old routes and macs with new ones, rest iptv and now nothing connects.
