Missing Channels

Not sure if this question has been asked before. Also, this is a definitely a noob question. If IPTV (IKS66) which
I am currently subscribed too is pulling channels from charlie, how come I currently have some channels and missing others?

Hope someone can explain this to me

What exactly are you asking? I don't quite understand, are you asking about IPTV or IKS??
