Image Quality

Hi guys I dont know if its a settign issue
Here are my specs

MAG 254
Firmware: 218 latest i think
100mb Ethernet conection/unlimited
Video setting 1080p auto frame rate then Switch to 720


My question can someone tell please me, why the images look so compressed that whenever a person moves in the frame, the image has major Quality degradation.

Avov works best for quality.. I had the same issue with my mag 254
