Question about one channel in particular

Hello guys I have a quick question.

Are you guys able to get channel 300? I have been trying for the last week and nothing... I just get the working circle but no channel.

I'm on Kodi Jarvis Stalker client and got server 22

Let me know if its me or what do you think might be happening on my side.....
