Canada - tsn channels - on may nfps service - but not on iptv - is this normal?

My friend cannot get the Canadian channels - TSN 1 through 5. He has the service through IPTV. He has rebooted and reloaded everything on many occasions.

I can get the TSN channels - I have nfps.

I have "walked" him through with my settings and they are the same - <except for the IPTFV/NFPS>

Is there a reason for this omission on one service and not on the other?

Seems strange to both him and to me.

What do you mean that he has 'IPTV'? You have the TSN channels, as do others, who have NFPS/ROCKET/IPTV66. If he's on a different server, he isn't using the same server as you are using.

This day - Friday, July 22, 1016 - marks the first time that he has had TSN on his system. During the past few weeks he and I have checked and re-checked his settings, and re-checked his settings against what I have, and we always got the same result - no TSN. About 30 minutes ago we tried again, and guess what? He now has TSN. What changed we do not know - but now he has TSN and is very greatfull to this website. Thanks everyone.
