Hello
I purchase my donation this morning, within 2 min receive an email with the donation #
and server info.
I link my mac Addy to my new donation,all shows good.
Authentication
I try entering my donation into the login and password field it says Error.

Is there a waiting period before you can use your donation.

What type of equipment are you using? Box, Kodi, etc?

I change the mac address from 00:1a:78
To 00:1a:79 and it works,

Seem that I got unlucky here. After a week, I still cannot access my iks account, no follow-up from support even after 3 days, nor able to have the mac assigned. Someone can help on this?

The mac you sent me will not work so change the last 6 numbers/letters until you find one that works.

for each update, do I suppose to wait 24-48hours for validation? usual I check this before with https://iks66.tv/main/search_mac, and seem to be good.

I use 3-4 MAC combinations, but all ending with a polite message "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged.", but nothing more than.

Trying to login https://iks66.tv/main/login/ , is impossible, like the account is not there. Reset the password, doesn't trigger any email for updates.

Checking the order https://iks66.tv/main/order , this looks ok and RUNNING but no MAC associated.

The support messages seems to going nowhere, no one reply back for days.

password reset is for resellers. You need to learn how to use the 66 web site. You need to generate a working mac address then you can enter that.
