Cant Access portal

Hi Guys i signed up back on the 18/11/2015
now i can't even access the service tells me to go to https://papiao.is/npfs to search for my donation
because the server has changed now i do this and it can't find my donation the server i am using is IPTV PORTAL: 11.iptvrocket.tv

Help would be appreciated thanks
