MAC Address Could Not be Updated

Hi guys. Received my info from iks66. Tried to change the mac address and got an error "MAC Address Could Not be Updated." After a few tries and with no success I got an error "
You have reached the maximum search per day, please try again in 24 hours."


Can someone please help me I can log into my account and change the mac address?

before you change mac address delete old mac first put all 0 then summit try again after 12

Not sure if this makes a difference, but there was no previous MAC address on there. This is a new account. So by default it was all 00:00:00:00:00
