almost every night at primetime starting around 7 central , most channels have so much freezing its impossible to watch. not all the time, might have six days a month that work real good. now that's not very good service. worked better before. you could always go to vod section when nothing else worked but not now. you have to go some where else. most of the mods say its on our end, I think they have a different service than us to work so good. emailed papio and they said to reset my box. that was big help. how many others are having this problem. speak up so I don't think I'm the only one. I cant believe there isn't a problem with rocket. why do they call this a service?
