Please help !!! video is freezing

I really have some problem here....video is freezing so hard that I have to restart Kodi, voice is ok, just video, I did restart my modem my router my Amazon Fire box and nothing helps...what to do???

Clear you cache on kodi that may help

nope...that didnt help at all...thats really annoying...have to restart Kodi almost every 5 min!

heck reboot router and box and set you dns to 8.8.8.8 try all that and maybe you need a vpn i just dont know

Under video......go to accelators and uncheck them...that helped me

The problem is more prevalent with some iterations of Fire TV. You can try disabling hardware acceleration to see what effect it has...

System > Settings > Video > Playback > Deselect any of the "Allow Acceleration" items

I did it....still all USA channels are freezing ...but as far as I can see on forum here a lot of people has same problem...

Acceleration is one thing to test. Beyond that, it could be your IP or your routing. I just tried CNN, MSNBC, TVLand, TNT, SYFY and A&E East, and there was no buffering or freezing on any of them. I wish I had better news. You can try a VPN to see if that helps.

If all US channels were freezing today, you would see a raft of people reporting that today and that is not the case.

try Discovery or History

I watched History for 10 minutes. There were two half second stutters during that time period, but there was no freezing. There are so many Discovery channels that I didn't even try.

Remember, though, if you report all US channels are freezing, that is a far cry from two US channels.
