So wait, now you are saying that its not our end? All pissiness aside, I am freezing everywhere and am getting authetication denied everytime I log in. Have to reset my iptv each time to watch.

Again if you have had constant freezing for a month it's an issue on your end.. If you complain instead of trying to fix it there's not much anyone can do to help you... Constantly blaming the servers gets you nowhere at all...this is a SUPPORT site to help each other! If you want to constantly complain please email papio directly!

Freezing to the point of unwatchable. If I move up one channel then go back the channel reloads, only to freeze a short time later.
Didn't have this issue a few weeks ago.

Relax Nancy. As I've stated its not on my end as I have another private server that works perfectly. Maybe you should try to "support" people, as you say. Just maybe there is something wrong with the service and not with the people who are having issues. ASFT, as I said, I will behave, but people want to know whats going on with the service they paid for.

And you didn't read my response if you keep comparing your " other service" to this... It's like comparing apples to oranges... Do you not understand that servers are located in different parts of the world? And YES it can be your end.. Just because one is working has absolutely nothing to do with the other.. You IPS routes things different

I do, but other services understand how to maintain and upgrade their servers when needed. Other services care about their customers. I guess my other service is a ripe apple while this one may be a rotten orange?

Going to start my campaign. Anyone want to come up with a logo for #allIPTVlivesmatter? Continue believing there's nothing wrong with the service. Until they upgrade their servers people will continue having issues. BTW, I'm a server engineer. Done posting on the topic.

Don't worry, according to pod its not a server issue. Have them check with their ISP (not really).

IPTV Freezing
Hi.

Most of the European hosting providers internet connections are being affected by a network issue causing freezing to the IPTV service including the Video Club. We are pushing our providers to get it solved ASAP.

All I'm saying is that they will have a new excuse for the freezing next week. It is a server issue. It wouldnt upset people if they would be more transparent with the issues they are having.

The server administration has posted that it has been networking issues from the source with certain channels. That was reported by our site administration a few days back. Then today just awhile ago, it has been reported again that they are still working on same issue, as posted above by pod....
and thanx thegame15 for that posted report as well :)

Networking issues are just that.
Google the definition of that and you may see that it is not an easy thing to fix when things are not co-operating thru the internet network.

I have sent my private stuff (which is not freezing) to a friend that is experiencing major freezing. My stuff at his end also showed major freezing, but at this end that same private stuff works flawless (almost).
Believe me if you will, does not matter. What matters is the definition of networking issues.

So you see, the server administration is not lapsing, they are just in a heap of issues (which are a fact of internet and networking) and that they are currently trying to overcome.

What members need to know is that papiao is not sitting back waiting foir all this to get better, they are and have been on this from the start and do know the causes, just not that easy to fix... try fixing a network consisting of, ummm... the whole world :eek:

It is a legit question for a thread and if answered and commented on correctly, it would work... but that is a pipedream... it will never work correct.
Always will be over-run and sent off reason for thread in first place.

We can not control that and I know sometimes the threads and forums get confusing and members want sense in it all. I seen them ask.
