I'm new to IPTV, been running iks for a long time, but its down more than its up, I'm running kodi with stalker plus. I find the picture of the iptv is jittery , or has quick small pauses/freezes. Is this normal? I watch other streams other than rocket tv and they are smooth, is something up with rocket iptv?

Other streams dont have the server congestion like rocket,nfps, and 66. You would think with the money they are making they would actually upgrade their servers. But that is probably too much to ask. Great seeing all of the new users posting everyday about freezing issues. I wish I would have done more research before donating. Wondering if it is greed, incompetence, or just not giving a F about their customers?

look for most part the freezing is on your side do a router reboot and dns to 8.8.8.8 the truth is i dont get much freezing at all but like anything it has its days read up how stop it like i said for most part its on your side
I get occasional freezing, but not that often. I get buffering every once in a while, but not that often. People who are experiencing non-stop buffering, choppiness and freezing have issues that are beyond the servers. In some cases the issue is equipment. In other cases, the issue is settings. In still other cases, it is internet factors, including service plan limitations, congestion/throttling and routing bottlenecks. And, yes, it can be elusive to put a finger on the root cause, but it is there. Otherwise, everyone would be posting freezing issues, and in reality the number of posts bearing on that issue is not that large compared to the number of users. And, yes, I know that doesn't make you feel any better if you're experiencing the problem.

If I'm not buffering and freezing at the same time you are, then the issue does not reside with the servers. The servers don't discriminate. As painful as it may be, the issue lies somewhere else.

If it's around the same time every day that could be when you ISP is the busiest l which in turn will cause the issues you are having. Just remember there are literally 1000's of people using this and if everyone had this issue the forums would be flooded with complaints which they aren't. So yes it can be an ISP issue and there might not be a thing you can do to fix it unfortunately. When your ISP is at it's busiest time things get bottlenecked.

And here we go again. Many if not all user complain about most the channels freezing and not.working at all.
And once again it is mods saying this service is working perfect.
So let me just for second accept that my 500/500 Mbit fiber with 1-3 ms is crap and the reason why the channels is buffering and some times not working at all.
How does the mods explain that the other iptv service I am using is working almost perfect and even the HD channels is working perfect there.
I can agree that some channels is working OK, but when there was euro 2016 f.ex. espn in sd was extremely lagging here on rocket and on the other service I got was working perfectly in HD. Just luck. I even tried using my smartphone as WiFi internet for my mag254 and guest what even with a 5-7 Mbit with a ping of 20+ the HD channels were still working perfect.
Even from where I am now in Thailand on the hotels unstable WiFi my other service is working almost perfect.
So please explain me why streams with so low quality should require that amazing Internet quality.

Also there is also another forum called fta**** where there is hundreds of post about buffering and not working channels using this service. I was new to iptv when I bought this i wish I would have read more carefully before I signed up to the useless iptv service. I would never renew my subscription here. And posting here is also pointless so I will not waste my time here anymore

You're SO... RIGHT man, nothing even to ad... so... right!
As to some mod's reply that 'if it would be freezing to many members, this site would be flooded with complains' well, I just say this... people just tired of pointless complaining over here about freezing/buffering/missing channels/etc.. because in most cases they are not addressed immediately and very often those issues are NOT fixed in weeks or longer... We're just get used to the situation here and as any human being is hoping for a better future, we are here as well...
The only thing that keeps me wondering... for almost a year now, and I'm agreeing with some of you, that rocket/nfps/iks66 looks to have much more subscribers than other similar services, meaning making much more money, but somehow they either do not care much about quality of their product, nor worried about us quitting them and spreading bad news about this kind of service.
Well time will tell, who's right and who's wrong... Usually its a customer, voting with his money, not a crappy serviceman...

You do realize there are literally 1000's of customers... The complaining on the other site is always the SAME people and instead of just accepting that it's something other than the server... And glad you won't renewed... We won't have to see your constant complaining... Didn't you say you were banned before?

Not trying to be an ass, but is there a way to set up a poll and see who is and isnt having issues with freezing?

Hi.
Most of the European hosting providers internet connections are being affected by a network issue causing freezing to the IPTV service including the Video Club. We are pushing our providers to get it solved ASAP.
Sorry for the inconveniences caused by these issues.

We've seen many announcements in the past month. However, nothing has been resolved since then. People are starting to believe that they are just excuses.

As I said before if you have had freezing everyday then it's something else going on. It hasn't been freezing for months at a time like you seem to imply... If it has been for you then you have something else going on period!

So all of the other people that are having issues, then something is wrong on their end as well. Again, someone needs to set up a poll and see who has and hasnt had the same issues!
I have a separate private server that i running with absolutely no freezing! So, its not on my end!

Your other provider servers are most likely not located in the same country these are! You do realize your ISP routes things differently right? For all you know your other provider could be located in the same country you are... The severs here are located in South America.

I was having severe freezing issue on my mag254 box. Could not watch 3 minutes on some of the busier channels without freezing for 3 minutes and repeat. It was resolved on my system by using a vpn @ the router level. My guess would be that the ISP was causing the issue, not Rocket.

Thank you for posting this so others can see that it can be other issues besides blaming the SERVER! Most don't want to admit that it's something else.

Been running a vpn from router for a long time. Was fine this morning and early afternoon, but freezing now.

I get a chuckle that pod continues to say to others on how they need to know a little more on how this isp works etc,,, yes there are things to try on the users end ie: setting up advanced settings , looking at codec issues, looking at what else you have running etc, but stop saying that it must be on our end,,, a lot of us have had it running with all these advanced settings and lately it has definitely been a server issue as has been reported right from nfps,,, they need to be able to handle more users coming on board period

Did you read the announcements? There are issues right now! If you have had constant issues for the past month then yes you have an issue on your end period!

Reading is fundamental........ he implied he has had the service for a while, and now all of sudden its not working. I'm guessing he hasn't changed any settings and now its not working right. Ya, must be on his end? Are you one of the server maintenance techs? You sure defend the hell out of the "freezing" service?
BTW, the announcements said "They" were having issues on their end.... which means it's not on our end!!!!!

I could just email you, sounds like you have something invested in it. Look man, people are getting sick of others telling them that they have problems on their end when the service is sub par. Just admit that they could be doing things better...starting with upgrading their damn servers.

Don't want to be a mod.. Just pointing out you have been posting bs for the past couple of days even though you know that in the announcements they state that there are server issues... You just love to complain when they said there is an issue.. Again if it was freezing all the time like you claim please point everyone to the 1000's of complaints please...
