Shut tv off when return no audio on IKS66 channels. 2 days now. Checked with support they reset still nothing. Avov 4 box eveything else has sound except IKS66 channels they said check forum. Anyone else having problems.

You'll want to do some prowling in the AVOV subforum further down the home page. A quick scan there provided me with a mention of an audio issue. I'll let you do additional investigation there.

Thank you for reply it's not the box I have Audio on apps and box. I submitted a support email they reset channels but still nothing. My only source of tv work in morning and not in afternoon 3days now

Its the box. No one with the Tvonline 4 has sound on the majority of US channels. Foreign channels, adult, apps and ppv seem uneffected though. There was an update pushed and then there was silence. I dont know how its possible for it to be the only box to be effected. There were rumors of a hack. Their old website died a new one was born. We just have to wait patiently till its working again.

Correct, RCCm. Ellen, if you read through the threads there, particularly this one, you will see the audio issue appears to be confined to the services here:

Thank you for the response appreciate it.i checked yor link. Funny I have another Avov Plus in my bedroom with IKS66 and its just fine.

It appears the latest update for your box created the issue. I'm sure they're working on a remedy.
