Renewal Question

My donation runs out in 57 days (1 year donation) & I was going to renew in the hope of not having to change any settings & have no break in service.

The Papiao site says 'To be able to renew your Donation(s) it shouldn't have more than 30 days that have expired and shouldn't have more than 30 days remaining to expire'

What??
Makes no sense.

Is this just bad English??

Should it say 'To be able to renew your Donation(s) it SHOULD have more than 30 days that have expired and shouldn't have more than 30 days remaining to expire.

Does any know when is ok to renew smoothy?

I have just renewed, have 1 day left on active sub, after renewing donation checker says i have 366 days on sub but i will wait till tomorrow and see if its activated and working, they say it takes 24 to 48 hrs for e-mail confrmation, it seems that if you have time left on sub it adds to the day count, if you want seemless ... i guess it depends how long it takes them to get back so thats up in the air.

up to 30 days before expiring or up to 30 days after expiring is the time frame for renewal.

mrmagoo, if it says 366 days now, then it will have went thru and seems it did went seamless for you :)

In plain English, if you let your donation expire and it is no more then 30 day a renew can be made . You can not renew if you have over 30 days on your existing donation. Better?

shouldn't have more than 30 days that have expired --- (if it expired 31 or more days ago, then it will not renew).

In plain English, if you let your donation expire and it is no more then 30 day a renew can be made . You can not renew if you have over 30 days on your existing donation. Better?

I have not gotten an e-mail but service is running ( expired on the 10th ), no interruptions so all is good here

You are lucky - I tried renewal 1 hour after expiration and it took the credits and did not add time or reactivate the donations.

I have sent emails to papiao and have not received a reply or had the donations start working.

Maybe it is there waiting to be activated by you, if you have a reseller panel.

Ugh, I donated 24 hours ago and so far no donation number... anyway has an idea if there are any issues with their system? The payment and the whole process took a while, the whole website is super slow. iksprivateserver.
