authentication error

when im entering my donation for user / password i get error....

any ideas ?

ok tried this again and now get past this part .....still having an issue though , the portal doesnt load i see a yellow bar go about 1/5th as if its trying to load.

then it just fails and hangs....have tried reloading the portal but just gets to the same point have left it now for over 30 mins so it just hangs.
