Tired of emailing them for 1 issue and they end up creating another issue!

I have 16 credits for iks and iptv, for rocket and last month somehow iptv credits got moved to nfps. I have been emailing papiao to move them back to iptvrocket. Everytime they reapond that all the donations are on rocket.... which they are looking at the active donations. Im talking about the unactive credits. Crazed is aware of that he also emailed the administrator. But still it has not been fixed. And now my active iks port got moved to nfps .
