worked real good for a couple of days and now anything during primetime is unwatchable, freezing every 30 seconds except for vod. it let me watch 60 minutes and the went back to the beginning, ppv works for about 10 minutes and freezes up, if the movie starts. how can they get it to work great during the day and late, late evening? during primetime its a waste of time, western channel hasn't worked for a week, guide is every other day and doesn't do any good if the channel doesn't work. they know which channels work, why not delete them and the guide, then you wont have to sit there and hope its going to come on. I complained to papio and there answer was to reset my box. how can they call rocket a service? it seems like a pain to me.

I can only agree with you. I tried this from denmark, and i try to use it in Thailand and as you said back to normal freeze and a endless list of channels not working
