Your stb is blocked called your provider

I configured the stb emulator on my android box and when I exit and go back in instead of asking me for my login and password I get (yous stb emulator is blocked call the provider) any one that can help me on what I need to do

Try turning off your box and turning it back on. You may also consider changing your mac address on the provider site (obviously you will need to reconfigure your android box with the new mac)

I've done all of those things and I can't get it to work either. I've been using this for a long time with no issues besides that last update.

I am having same problem with an AVOV and emailed papiao and posted here with no success. If you get your problem solved how about letting me know what was required to get it working. I have reset the mac, changed mac and set it back to no success. Good luck!
