re-upping

My sub runs out on the 10th and i have been told to zero out my mac on Papaio site before i re-up now i believe this will stop my service so how long till i get new info for new sub??

You can do the mac change after re uping. If you renew there should be no change needed.

look do what you want but to say its a joke no way in he-- is it a joke wife and i and family got every penny out of it and 10 times more lots time its the user not knowing how to setup the box or a router problems need change dns to 8.8.8.8 for most part i never touch the box i have done a reset a few times but thats all yes there are problems sometime that is true but for most part im still happy as he-- dont re-up thats up to you but i know this still is one of the best out there hands down for what the donation is dang i see they got banned

I re upped a couple days ago, no email, just checked and its been updated for another year, no fus no mus, no service interruption, no reset anything, i`m happy, thanks

Regardless of what was said i think this service is well worth it ( dumb as a goose) i dont think so, i have been in this for a while and know there are probs, ya pays your money you takes your chances, up , down, but its worth it, the only thing that gets to me is the lack of communication sometimes, i re-upped without thinking twice, never got an e-mail but service is running uninterrupted so far and has been running great since they ironed out some problems, hope to be here for a long time and to the boys doing all the Tech work ... great job and keep it up.
