Write error detected?

Trying to backup kodi to a USB stick and tried a few and keep getting write error detected and will not backup kodi.I had restored kodi from my vixo 2 but now I added more stuff and wanted to back it up but won't work.

that could be stick is not fat 32 or sending it to wrong place

Tried 3 different sticks plus the stick I used to back up kodi with on my vixo 2 ,then used that same stick to restore on the TV online 4 box but for backup now I get that write error message.
