Error -10000

So a lot of the time, I'm getting this on multiple machines also, Error - 10000, Mostly Bt sports 2, few on demand and even few adult... What does that mean? How do we fix and stop it?

Would really like some help with this, because its very upsetting... I get this error also. Seems to be an issue with the updated ver your using. I switched to ver 7.14 and so far no error. Anything above that ver, I get that same error.

Hope someone can figure this out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah but then 7.17 didn't allow VOD... and also popped up a ton of hey would you like to updates.....

my buddy has the same issue when it comes to accessing VOD content with the latest version...

I believe when the station isn't working then it gives that message.

The developer of the app suggested switching the player to EXO.

Unknown 10000 or black screen can be fully fixed. I did it and helped friends did it. I only know the fix on stb emu 1. Do your favorites which you have already done so. 2. Choose exo player NOT auto 3. Try to play in preview each and every channel on your favorites while on exo player.... Any channel that does not play with that player remove it. Voila. Better have 60 channels that play well with no errors than 80 channels on auto player and be facing errors.
