All channels are stuttering

Is it just me?? I tried both my nvidia shields and both are having stuttering issues. Is anyone else having these issues?? I cleared cache, deleted thumbnails , reset iptv router. Everything. Is it just mine, or is everyone having this issue??

No buffering here this morning, but last night no channel was watchable.

channels seem fine on avov receiver this is crazy....I have 2 nvidia shields, and one g box q...the shields are on the same network and the g box q is on a entire other ip, and network, and all 3 seem to be doing the same thing. No buffer , but a slight stutter, or pause...it's noticeable ....like I said I deleted all cache..thumbnails....reset ip route on the iks66 site etc...I'm at a loss

Nvidia just did an update, but that can't be it if it's happening on the g box q as well

Been watching Uk channels all morning, on 2mb no freezing

So, the Latin channels on the nvidia shield are running fine.......I checked the feed on my laptop and everything is fine.......I have no idea what is going on

I'm not bale to watch the channels from PR today. Yesterday I did watch them but with lot of freezing. Hope they fix this.

Mine is stuttering also. I checked the the free Live Tv (ccloud Tv, Livemix), no stuttering so it has to be something with the servers.

seems like we may be down for a bit boys, just now i started getting url failed messages in IPTV Stalker PLUS. Hopefully it's maintenance so that the UFC event runs smooth tonight

Edit: well i'm back up (and with 65mbps internet not seeing any stuttering or lag), but every now and then still getting the url error message, i think it's iks66 servers being over loaded :)

Sttutering Video on the Shield happens with Video Accelaration turned on. Turn it off. At least this is the case for 3.1 and 3.2. I can't recall if I had this issue on version 2.1

Only seems to happen with the Stalker Client for me. For everything else, video accelarion works fine and videos look better with it on

Stuttering has always been an issue if I try to watch HD films in direct streaming. However, when I attached an external HD and used the same video player which Kodi uses theer was still stuttering. I then switched to 'movie viewer'and it wrls perfect. N.B. the lasy software only works with films which are alreaday stored on a drive.
