Blue screen not supported

hi, I keep getting your stb not supported on a blue screen with a red dot at the bottom right hand coner that says reload portal. I just received my donation account a few days ago and have not been able to get on yet. what do I put in portal name and what do I put in portal url I may have that wrong. I have a Mag 256 I have checked my account and had an iptv reset and it goes through just fine. But when I put my password in it comes up with not supported, now sometimes it comes up with a blue bar and some yellow on left side but it never finishes to load. I am running out of ideas to try

I know there maybe sensitive info in my question but if a mod could email me I would be greatfull thanks guys

The reason you are having issues connecting to the server is because you have a MAG 256, this device will not work with any server that has stalker middleware below version 5. It specifically states on infomir site that it will not work on lower.

Rocket, NFPS, and IPTV66 are currently on version 4.9.22. Alternatively you could use your donation with Kodi until you get a STB that is compatible.

I have the same issue but just with iptvrocket i try another server nfps work great i with mag 254 i try iptvrocket on android he give me the same issue but anothe server no so please any help

In your case it doesn't sound like your donation code is valid for Rocket, but valid only for NFPS only. MAG 254 should work without issue. If you are talking about other services other than the 3 this site provides support for, I can't help you.
