blue loading bar

after I put in my authentication passwords and click ok this blue bar with some yellow at the left side just keeps trying to install something I assume my channels but it does not want to move forward. I know I did something wrong, would anyone have any ideas, thanks

I was having same thing. had to reboot box about half dozen times .finlly loaded
