Is the stalker portal down or is my IP address blocked?

I have been working on this all day. The great folks here helped me resolve my papaio problem super fast. I have changed my Mac, reset iptv several times and I can't seem to stay connected. Tried with Stalker+ which had been working great... also stalker pvr client. The channel list will come up sometimes but then only the music and internationals work. I can not even get a response pinging the server. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I downloaded the IP checker addon from couch potato and it does report that my IP is blocked. This is not my ISP this is the rocket server. Anyone know why?

Status Update: Thanks to rockycat's suggestion I re read alot! I found a suggestion to from Dara ,I think, to do a site search for openurl. After reading the entire thread 8 pages or so I decided to connect my PC directly to my modem forcing it to grab a new IP address. Bam, It all works! So I cloned my mac to my router and all is good for now.

Looks like my IP got banned even though I have never shared access. Unfortunately other do and we just have to put up with the necessary security measures...
