No Picture

Ok I have know idea what I have done I have no picture on my 254 its just a black screen I cant access any thing the HDMI cable i tested on something
else I dont even get a loading screen Any help would be great

Aspect button on the remote or hook the rca cable up to get back what you had.

THANK YOU Rockycat You got me in the right direction used the AV cable to at least get some what of a pic scrolling very fast.
Then unplugged hit the menu button to get into that screen and than pressed the red F1 and then could put it back to AUTO on the settings
and now I have a picture back
