Authentication error and limit on mac resets

I have got the video addon of stalker plus working no issues but when I followed the tutorial telling me to change the portal server number and mac address I have done this as well as tried with donation number I have changed the mac address and did an iptv reset which brings me to my second issue everytime I try to change my mac address it boots me out then when I go to do an iptv reset its another login and times out really quickly on maximum allowed in 24 hours

the settings I have are

Active Portal IPTV66
Server number 66 based on SERVER: 66.iks66.tv
Mac Address Not posting publicly
Connection timeout 60
Enable VOD checked

You should go below this section and do some reading in a section that is close to what you are doing. Does not seem to be a server problem.
