box blocked , donation checker mot working

I renewed rocket and after that it said server blocked have sent email to papiao from last 10 days just getting reply from them please try to connect . but same issue. today i tried my donation checker that will also not work . yesterday it was working . Both IkS and IpTV will not work tried using them one at a time.
so please someone help me out .

Donation Checker does not work how can that be hardware problem ??? box blocked by service provider

donation checker works with iptvprivateserve but my remaining days are just 42. how can i fix that
