getting all channels but no VODs

i'd like to share some info on this issue,
if you have a mag 254 and portal 22 the vod(video club)the movies won't work,also people keep asking where to find vod well video club and vod is the same thing

My t1 is running perfect but my sw version says v1.03.00. Should it be upgrading me to 1.1.22 ??
